A well organised week playing the best Algarve courses and friendly competitions where you are mixed with different partners on most days. Everything is organised so you can just turn up on the tee and enjoy your golf.

We feature three superb venues with a variety of Golf courses, all hosted by Peter Walsh, whom will be pleased to discuss your requirementsin much greater detail. Give us a call.

Introducing this truly 5* Golf course on three of our groups in 2009. A great Jack Nicklaus design and a fair challenge for all our golfers to experience. The staff take care of you in a 5* manner and your visit will include complementary range balls, club cleaning after your game and a personally engraved metal bag tag for you to take home. A buggy is also included and is mandatory for the game.

Balaia Golf Village Between Vilamoura & Albufueira

A truly luxurious development, set around the original pine, cork and olive trees, with its own excellent 9 hole golf course and driving range. Our most popular venue with many clients returning year after year.

The apartments are of the highest standard and fully fitted with all modern facilities. There are large balconies and terraces to the lounge and main bedrooms and some overlook the golf course or driving range.

Balaia Village is idealy situated between Vilamoura and Albufueira and just 10 minutes drive from the nearest courses. Balaia boasts its own superb A'Varanda Restaurant and Bar which is a regular meeting place from breakfast to late evening drinks. There are lots of good restuarants, bars and night life within a few minutes of Balaia Village.

The 9 hole, Par 3 golf course is a gem with some testing holes to sharpen your short to medium game.

Vila Gale Tavira **** Hotel. Tavira

A superb Hotel right in the centre of traditional Old Tavira and just a few yards from the river front and town centre where there are enough good restaurants and cafe's to walk out to somewhere different each night of the week.

Our clients have voted Tavira Gala week in March a resounding success and the hotel atmosphere creates a very friendly group. Tavirahas now established itself as a very good golfing centre with a relaxed river front town to enjoy on your days off.

There are six superb Golf courses near Tavira which give quite contrasting games and where the open views are a delight in this, as yet, undeveloped area.

Vilar do Golf Quinta do Lago

This lovely development is right next to the two superb Quinta do Lago courses and just a couple of hundred yards to the club house.

We will again feature our annual Match against the welcoming Quinta do Lago members on the Friday and places on this group with therefore be limited.

The apartments set in landscaped gardens with some overlooking the golf course.

The Bobby Jones Bar and Restaurant, overlooking the spectacular Quinta 9th fairway, is where breakfast is served every morning and where we have our cocktail parties, Gala dinner and dancing.

Quinta do Lago is a smart area with many top class and local restaurants offering fresh fish and local dishes at great prices.

All golfers are made very welcome on the FAIRWAY Gala weeks and your host Peter Walsh is with you all week to ensure every thing runs smoothly, both on and off the golf course.

The copetitions are all Stableford based with team events as well as individual cards on some days. The competitions are run to society rules so you may not end the week with the handicap you started with!

The groups have 40 plus golfers with friends, couples and some single golfers.

The week starts off with a welcoming cocktail party for everybody to get to know each other and for your FAIRWAY host, Peter Walsh, to tell you all about the coming week.

Evenings are free to sample many of the excellent bars and restaurants nearby and for those wanting to join in, we will be arranging a night or two in some good local Portuguse fish restaurants and eating spots.

The gala prizegiving dinner on the last night will be great fun with a superb meal, dancing and entertainment.

Early bookings will usually attract a discount which is passed on to you when you book. Golf Clubs will be extra.
